Online orders will be delivered within 24 hours of the selected delivery date latest, subject to product availability and major unforeseeable operational delays. For urgent deliveries or to confirm a delivery window, please call 0466 971 419.

The standard delivery location is the front verge. We accept no responsibility for any damage or markings caused by the truck or products, even when delivering to the verge. If the verge or any other requested drop location presents risks such as excessively soft ground, boggy areas, or other hazards, the customer will be fully liable for any recovery costs and damage to our vehicle

If delivery is requested beyond the verge, truck access must be suitable. We are not liable for any damage caused while accessing or tipping in the instructed location. If the specified delivery area is not accessible or deemed unsuitable at the time of delivery—and no alternative location is provided—you may be charged the delivery fee, and the product will be returned to our yard if we’re unable to reach you promptly via your provided contact number.

Delivery vehicles can weigh anywhere from 3 tonnes to 24 tonnes depending on the quantity ordered. If you’re unsure about access suitability, please contact our team before placing your order.

While our drivers will exercise due diligence, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure safe and stable delivery conditions. Please include any specific delivery instructions, note any potential site risks, and provide an alternative drop location if you’re unsure about access. By placing an online order, you agree to accept full responsibility for any recovery costs and for damage to the delivery vehicle or delivery site that may result from providing an unsuitable tipping location.
